It's a great pity that this great news is coming out when people (traders) are obviously more interested in EOFY stuff and having significant influence on the SP. The sooner July comes along the better and that's when he'll have some final figures to declare. This could just end up a simple real estate deal and big bucks hit the table and completely destroy current "values". There are simply too many win/wins with this one, but, most missing the point with tax and ST gains on their mind. Who once said, never use tax as the main factor in your decisions!!!
