That's what shareholders and the market wanted to see from Steve and it is a super announcement. Won't be earth shattering immediately, but investors can now relax and sit back to see all of this come to fruition.
And we can now calmly look forward to progress reports on Olaroz, knowing that until there are actual results, the news will be just information.
What today's announcement might do is to make both sellers and hesitant buyers have second thoughts and should, at the very least, stop the bleeding, albeit, depending on how many that seller still has to go, not many would be my guess.
