At point 3, the share price reached lower than point 1, however it closed at a higher price. From that point, it can be seen that LKE made new higher highs(c, d, e, f), however none of them could reach the previous high which is point b. Considering how close the c, d, e and f points are to each other, I can only interpret this to the lack of confidence in the company. In my opinion LKE is destined to go lower unless it reaches its previous high which is point b, and carries on to point a and beyond.
