Therefore project cannot happen
My theory is asx underbelly where boards collude with traders/brokers and work together using market tactics and news events to control the sentiment. Release some crappy dfs and give a 40% Discount to shorters and then a few months from now they magically announce major cost savings and SP rockets after the register has been cleaned by relentless negative feedback
