From memory there were 2 conditional, non-binding agreements with potential off-takers:
1. SK On for 10% of LKE’s Ordinary Share @ AU$1.02 per share (12 OCT 2022), and,
2. WMC Energy for 10% investment in LKE @ AU$1.20 per share (06 OCT 2022).
Note: all CAPEX’s (inc. power), are in USD’s…potential non-binding, conditional investments are in AUD.
I think it’s safe to say, those off-take agreements are dead in the water.
But just to humour you, let’s pretend they’re not…where did you get “70% of the 2 Billion (USD) is already covered”??
