My thoughts - The CDO was hired to develop the other projects, and I feel in the near term the SP will mostly be based on the Kachi development. While the other projects will add value to company as a whole in time, the options price and expiration date leads me to think that perhaps they are rovolved around near term developtment - and an incentive for a CEO? also the number of options I'd wager it would be for someone in the CEO position.
