Fair call on most of that except the comparison between Arg vs USA .. I agree America has political turmoil, however I cannot correlate that to having a negative effect on developing mining projects within the USA .. On the flip side, Argentina is on the brink of financial collapse, which can absolutely have an adverse effect on developing mines .. It can provide unnecessary risk to investors, it can hurt the bottom line of companies within the area because when the country runs out of money, it will be the Li producers that will be footing the bill for the economic recovery ..
Increased royalties and taxes are not a good thing. Economic collapse also then leads to political turmoil in its own right ..
