just my opinion but I think it is likely. The timing of this announcement, seems to me that DD, wants a clean slate, he is probably not a fan of the slippage for which LKE is historically renowned . Thus the day before he commences it is made clear to the market, why there has been the recent slippage. Then in the coming weeks his 1st formal interaction with his new SH will then be positive , clarifying the agreement, with firm dates to which all can agree and from which there “should be” no further slippage. It’s a feelimg I get and has many assumptions DYOR, but I am buying the dip.
