What if $1.20 is fair value for LKE? What if the success of Lilac is already priced in? Obviously, I don't know, but there are straws in the wind. Steve selling out at that price and people with deep pockets being prepared to buy at that price and LKE being prepared to sell at that price. Just saying that, even when we get the good news, it might not bounce much higher than $1.20. Of course long term it might go much higher as the other projects are advanced, but that is years away.
Once Lilac is declared a success we will see the shorts close their positions so that might give it a bit of a lift over $1.20 We will see.
