Still unsure why we are signing non-binding agreements before pilot plant results are out.
The fact these agreements exist are bullish, but why wouldn't they put the company first and post good results,
which cause a share price rally, then set non-binding agreements. $1.20 will seem cheap if / when lilac proves effectiveness
