That’s great news for Lilac and LKE!

1. US$50 million is significant amount of money compared to how much money Lilac could raise so far.

2. US Department of Energy must have done their DD on the companies, and Lilac being selected as one of the recipients further strengthens their credibility. This is in addition to Lilac already being selected for the short list of the Bolivian DLE companies.

3. Lilac will use part of this money to build their bead factory, which further derisks Lilac's operations, and as we know Lilac is a strategic technology partner on LKE's Kachi project.

4. ST market reaction is irrelevant, on the ST markets can behave irrationally.
