One more thing: the sales of ICE cars in Europe will collapse much sooner than 2035.
EVs are already better on a TCO basis, and soon they will be better on a sticker price basis as well than ICE cars.
EVs are much safer as well, you don't have a 200 kg engine in front of you that can crush people in an accident. Also, the EV's center of gravity is lower than that of the ICE cars, which means again less accidents.
