LKE open shorts as of Monday 31st October '22 was 114.5m, ie shorts reduced from 140m plus down to 114.5m within 30 days. Why would shorts cover their positions?
Unfortunately, for shorts not many sellers IMO. Hence, slow covering process.....
A few more announcements in the next 7/8 weeks may do the trick
