Production module scaling is best left to engineers, we do not have enough info to make any calculations of what and how it will be done.
One assumption you are making is that production modules will be the same as the demo plant perhaps based on an old PP preso of a director.
What if they were going to use larger beads in those modules?
As you know a sphere has a perfect geometry where tripling the radius makes its surface area larger by nearly ten fold.
