Whilst Lake has been outwardly confident, there is nothing in JCap's report that states that the EOI going binding will not happen......nothing at all. As a matter of fact, JCap call Lake "Spinmeisters" when they themselves are using spin to make implications that things are not as they seem. Even taking the Lake commentary out of the picture, we all know where Lake formally stands on their progress towards achieving UKEF financing.
