You remind me of a guy who I used to race motorbikes with. Not a bad bloke, but was interesting that he would always unsolicited advice about the best bike on the market - and you guessed it, it was always whichever one he had at the time. He would completely talk trash about anything else he didn't own (even about my bike). Funny thing was, if he got a new bike the next year of which he had trash talked, it was no longer trash and it was the best on the market.
Fortunately, I never took his advice, and it showed on the track.
