Yes you are correct!
LKE only needs to test the DLE process on site, as the rest of the process sheet is standard, commercially available, proven process for ages. It would be stupid and a waste of LKE shareholders' money to build demo plants in Argentina for already proven processes.
It doesn't mean that they will not test E2E the process, from brine extraction to lithium carbonate and even until lithium ion battery. It just means that the later parts of the process will happen in already existing facilities.
