You honestly think someone will cough up $1B+ USD to fund a new chemical plant that has yet to be proven at scale, which has a "demo" plant that is approximately 15% (if that) of the entire flowsheet, which is operating at 1/1250 the scale of the proposed plant, operating in the middle of the desert in a country facing 100% inflation and political uncertainty? And that said "demo" plant has yet to be proven it can operate at 100% of capacity?
You honestly believe that?
This is what I think. I think that when the due diligence is done on this thing, they will want to see more. They will want to see a demo with the entire flow sheet being demonstrated.
Every timeline that has ever been proposed by this company has been pushed out. This will be no different.
Just remember, million dollar stu stated that construction would start Q4 2022 and he stated that only 6 months ago.
