Yeh, IMO Howard Klein was struggling with what he was hearing, the milestone dates were incredulous, he had to repeat them back to make sure that he’d heard them correctly.
Howard then went onto try and see if the usual preconditions for those milestones, such as binding offtakes, permitting and finance, had been sorted and found they weren’t.
But hey Stu was confident that “… everything else is pretty standard , there’s nothing too tricky”
