His key responsibilities are for Nomination and Renumeration plus Audit and Risk.

Don't you think those like the Chair and the CEO (although the CEO at the time has now passed away) are more likely to be in the gun? or maybe those who had direct involvement or oversight of the acquisitions and license applications (which the current CEO was heavily involved in)?
