Not sure that anyone is making direct accusations towards Stu directly, more the fact he has now been on the board of 2x companies (simultaneously) that have had dubious accusations made. Lets be honest, the dealings of lake have not exactly been a clean book. Now it appears as though some dubious activities have been
So he is now directly, or indirectly involved in 2 companies (out of 3) that he is on the board that have a dubious record at best.
It also brings bad publicity to LKE directly.
