yes i saw it was old, what struck me was that he said they were "about to release some really good news".
My understanding is that this sort of "leak" is illegal, since it provides the viewers of the video with material information likely to influence the share price, instead of it being ONLY/first released through offical ASX announcement.
Regardless of him not providing the detail of said news, a chairman noting "really good news" about to be released would still be considered unlawful afaict.
Happy to be corrected btw.
