2) They don't own any IP related to chemical processing. A play on lake is a proxy for a play on lilac
3) They have yet to prove commercial viability
4) They have yet to demonstrate they can get a chemical plant to market (do pump tests etc)
5) They have yet to submit an ESIA, and have yet to demonstrate that a chem plant at Kachi won't negatively impact the Lake/Wetlands and local flora + fauna.
