Mid last year, the highly paid Executive chairman stated that Hazen would do the conversion and it would take 3 weeks.
They used Saltworks and it took 10weeks.
Why switch from Hazen to Saltworks? Did Saltworks use the DLE front end to remove impurities? What is the recovery rate of Saltworks? Why did the purity drop from Hazen results?
