You like to live in the past, it seems. Its all known and the SP is now 46 cents. If they achieved what they said last year the share price would have been much higher.
It is what it is. The price movement from now will depend on what comes now.
Also I wouldn't budge to pay A million dollar salary to someone if they can take this company to production within next few years. You know very well the obstacles.
