Was a speculative bubble. Stu knew it and was likely well aware in March that LKE couldn’t deliver. The insider trading line seems very blurry though. Not the first director to do this sort of thing and won’t be the last. Easy to see in hindsight that LKE was never really a serious player and management were flying along on a speculative wave. Think that was most annoying was Stu constantly adding fuel to the speculation. Just dodgy behaviour.
