Try these for “dealbreakers”:
1. The off-grid power solution in Phase 1…and the emergency backup..,followed by;
2. The 300km grid power solution for Phase 2.
These are enormous projects in their own right, susceptible to extensive delays in permitting, design, and construction.
Please note, the latest DFS CAPEX guidelines (US$1.5 billion), excludes item 2. above.
And to think, 12 months ago, the dream team hadn’t even considered power!
