Hmmmm, this is a bloody expensive project. We are not about to cough up the $$ until we have security that Lilac bead manufacturing is financed and is successful. We also require that power is available to the site. That means we need to see construction started.

Lilac financiers
Hmmmmm, We are taking on risk building this bead plant given Lilac have no other customers. We need to see financing for LKE + financing for grid connection before we are prepared to fund this thing

Power financiers
Hmmmm, 300km of grid connection is a major project guys. We are not prepared to fund hundreds of millions of dollars until we see financing for your projects.
