that's for quality stocks, not Ponzi schemes like Lake Resources. This will be a classic case of management riding this to the last dollar than leaving it as an empty shed in the middle of the Argentinian desert imo. Most likely this is either going to liquidation or become such a penny stock it would need a 10/1 consolidation just to get it back above 10 cents. Transfer of wealth from retail to management and institutions to the tune of 10s of millions of dollars. Still ASIC doesn't take this further... I still think they might make an example out of lake resources though.
