I don't get involved with this up/ down ramping or anything to do with dug. all noise I believe. but if they really sold 7,000,000 share for 9c ($630k) when they could have sold it at recent ATH for 9,310,000 that would be devastating. I'd be too busy crying at home to be on HC all day. that's heavy.
