That's exactly what totalitarian regimes do with people who have an opinion that they don't like, they completely ban all their communications on social media irrespective of if it's legal or not what they say.
Can you please cite me any legal text that bans EVERY COMMUNICATION of EVERY company directors on social media even if it is legal and complies with the rules and regulations of that medium and country?
