They are trying to prevent their "Retail" investors from moving to LKE which might put down pressure on their own stocks value.
LKE are now the target of Institutional/Professional Investors who I imagine wouldn't even know what HC is or if they did hardly be influenced by desperate immature muppets hiding behind an avatar. So I wouldn't be too worried.
