I specifically mentioned that Chris would like to take away the right of every directors to write ANYTHING on ANY SOCIAL MEDIA even if it is legal and complies with the rules and regulations of the specific medium and country, WHICH IS THE RIGHT THAT EVERY ADULT HAS (with a few exceptions like people in jails or psychiatric institutions, etc).

I'm absolutely aware that directors have specific rules about what they can say about insider knowledge and other company related issues.This is normal even in democracies.

What is not normal is to completely ban a person, even if he / she is a director about posting ANYTHING on ANY SOCIAL medium even if it is legal what he or she wants to post.

You won't be able to find such law in any democratic country, there might be complete bans for people who are in jail, or psychiatric institutions, etc, but no complete bans for directors.

You failed to cite any legal text that bans EVERY COMMUNICATION of EVERY company directors on social media even if it is legal and complies with the rules and regulations of that medium and country.
