I'll try and go as slow as possible for you, pointing out that someone saying January'22 means January in the year 2022 and not the 22nd of January is not down ramping.
and secondly whether I hold or not, if I see an issue with a company I'd still bring it up because it's seeing both sides and not pretending everything is all rainbows. One issue is not gonna send the sp crashing down not is any company 100% perfect.
