Its called modular construction, were plant is built at an engineering complex and then move to the required location and bolted together.
The Norway gas plant was built in Spain and moved to Norway and bolted together.
Woodside had Pluto 2 gas plant built in South Korea and assembled in Karratha.
These are way more complex production units than Lilacs lithium plant which will be designed for a Semi flat top transport.
Each module will be split at points to reflect dimension and weight requirements for transport from Hatch engineering to Kachi.
We build complex gas production unit and assemble and commission in 24 months so a Lithium plant should be a soda in 12 months.
It called good engineering.
