• $100+ million cash and cash equivalents

• Strategic alliance with DLE technology provider Lilac Solutions, that has amongst its investors: Bill Gates, Jeff Bezos, BMW, etc.
• Off take letter of intent from Ford and Hanwa
• ECA financing letter of intent from two Export Credit Agencies to provide up to 70% financing with decent interest rates
• Years of testing with LKE's brine using Lilac Solutions' DLE pilot plant at California
