- ECA financing letter of intent from two Export Credit Agencies to provide up to 70% financing with decent interest rates
- Years of testing with LKE's brine using Lilac Solutions' DLE pilot plant at California
- Financing of pilot plant by Lilac Solutions
- US$50 million committed by Lilac Solutions in case milestones are met to Kachi Capex (+pro rata increase if production target will be increased)
- DLE pilot plant on its way to Kachi project site
