LKE is going to be the next FMG. I can feel it in my bones.
5% dividend even on $20 share in the future translates to $1 per share. based on todays share price, this works out to 70% dividend payout EVERY year.
Using $30 share price and same dividend payout, that is a 100% dividend based on current share price.
My mind is just blown away with how the stock market can reward the long term, patient investor.
Just imagine the early investors in FMG who averaged a share price of under $2 while FMG is currently at $20 and still pays out TODAY about 10% dividend per share. That works out to 100% dividend EVERY YEAR.
Wow. Just wow.
