I am concerned that Suw offer of a deal was based on the price reaching $2.50.It appears that the counter offer (how surprising) is for Lake inclusion in ASX200 or not.Given the timing of rebalancing, and the price currently hovering around the level at which it might or might not be included at cutoff date, and that Lake has little influence in ASX decisions, I think the deal is not a fair or just deal. But that is hardly surprising, given the credibility of one of the parties...
