teddie, I shared your thoughts re management for a long time ("Santiago"), but, the vasy majority of that doubt has been removed with Lilac effectively going to run the production side. Steve and Stu will be doing the hard yards to keep the ball rolling with further developments and business deals and they can only be applauded on how they have handled that lately, and at the same time keeping shareholders happy with those outstanding options deals.
Next steps all logically outlined above by Suw. Bring it on, beginning of another new era.
