Fully agree. CEO's come and go. LKE needs a strong CEO with experience in moving towards operations and further turning those non-binding agreements in to binding ones. Steve has done an amazing job, but he was more a marketing person. The company now needs fresh blood to take it towards production in the future, different skillset.
However, how a company that just made it into the ASX200 handled this announcement and yesterday sell off is atrocious. Perceptions can be bad for a company, while the underlying resource, strategy etc has not changed overnight with a CEO leaving. However, the market is run by humans and humans are funny beings that easily respond to fear
