I am rather surprised by this guy in "The stock factory" video being so negative about Steve being replaced. Steve, as the sterling job he did, doesn't have the experience to run a company of the size which we hope Lake will become. We do not know what was happening behind the closed door and why the board was not happy with Steve's performance. It was rather likely that there was some friction at the board level.
I see getting a new CEO as a positive move, even though it is causing temporary uncertainty which the market hates. Especially if it is happening in uncertain times.
