If you cannot judge the character of an individual it speaks volumes of your ability to hold opinions on the complex business that you seem to know equally little about

You can start getting used to a professional who meets deadline. He had the guts to stick with it despite the shortcomings of the previous incumbent (which must have been an anathema to him) and the rabble calling for his own head

It wont be easy but at least you are now in with a chance to capitalize on the sweat of the last three years
