Hi teddie you are right I missed adding delays and the dispute to the list of things that Mozza didn't factor in. I'm happy to acknowledge that the $2.60 price made no sense to me. If you look at LKE's SP growth up to that point it is on par with the Poseidon bubble of the early 1970's. My point all along is that LKE is a speculative play and if it is successful $2.60 will be cheap. The point of my post was that Mozza's underlying theory is good (if LKE is successful) but the price of $2.60 could not be maintained under the unforeseeable pressures that emerged.
Earlier this year I argued that the share price could very well take a hit from the expected market downturn but that my strategy was to play the company not the market.
