dug you do realise that Argentina runs a Presidential Republic. Minority government does not effect the system the same way it does in Australia.
Ill cut to the chase. In Argentina the President forms the executive where as in Australia the Lower chamber generates the executive hence in our system the lower chamber has a lot of control over executive government where as in Argentina not so much by a long way.
In Australia lose a vote on the floor its a big deal in Argentina as in the USA President can revert to rule by decree.
