Good morning Lakers,

We along with lithium sector had a decline in SP in the last few days mainly due to macro factors. LIT ETF and other US lithium companies did well last night and hopefully this positive momentum would continue in ASX today

I have summarised list of expected announcements in May/June ‘22 and it’s possible impact. It is going to be amazing two months. It’s anybody’s guess if/when these announcements and information get released, what it could do to LKE SP.

1	1. HANWA binding offtake	Possible Japanese OEMs buying LKE product (Toyota?), any pre-payments (AUD 100m?)
2	2. Kachi demo plant commissioning	Confirming LILAC technology is scalable
3	3. Kachi resource update	Confirming possible Kachi annual production target, 50, 75 or 100 LCE tpa?
4	4. ASX200 entry	New investors with an additional capital of approx AUD 150m to AUD 200m would enter
5	5. LKE 75c option conversion	When 35c option expiry date passed on 15th Oct ‘21, LKE SP increased from 59c to 99c within 15 days, 67% increase without any price sensitive announcements. What could happen to LKE SP after 15th June ‘22?
6	6. Kachi ESIA	Confirms production can begin and no significant negative environmental or social impact
7	7. FORD binding offtake	Confirms FORD’s intention, possible JV with LKE for other brine project developments
8	8. FID & financing update	Possible name list of banks involved in financing Kachi project

Avoid noise. Let’s wait for these announcements to be released first. It is going to be a cracker.
