Between now and June next year, you can trade those shares on market (just like any other share).
If you elect to excerise these options prior to the closing date, you pay the company 75 cents per share (in your case $750 for 1,000 options) and they convert to 1,000 ordinary fully paid LKE shares. In the event you do nothing, these options lapse and are worth nothing. Hope this helps.
