People seem quite concerned with this 7 billion shares on issue. I think it is a very, very good thing and I'll try to explain why.
FIrstly, lets acknowledge the events unfolding before our eyes.
How many of these 7 billion shares were willing to sell into 0.005 over the last month?? -->Hardly any.
How many of these 7 billion shares are willing to sell into 0.006 now? -->None.
There are multi-million share orders at 0.6 now, stacking up one after the other. All are thinking the same thing...that surely a few of these 7 billion shares will sell into us. Not the case.
One would think that such lack of liquidity is amazing in a stock with 7billion shares on issue.
The truth is, that these shares are actually very tightly held. We know that Armour have 900million of them. We know that Annells has almost 150million. There are other big key stake-holders as well, who have locked and loaded up their shares and no one is willing to let them go at these levels.
Why? Because they know what is on the horizon for LKO.
These shares will provide the basis for the liquidity that all shareholders desire when the stock price heads north of 1.5c.
