LKO any news on Court case??, page-22

I dont know if Gina will be involved as she holds big stake in LKO? but many Anti Ban arguments can be made for Marches court case. Very high bills in Victoria, Bought leases then total mining ban, Blanket ban with no real justification for total. Other companies suffering not just lakes. Ongoing need for energy and exploration to support growing energy requirements. All these have to have some weight as to at least partially lifting ban and allow limited work. I sure Lakes have lots more to present- no politician should be able to wipe out the oldest exploration company in Vic.
Either that or if we have no win at all, then we just have to wait till the Libs get in and " allow case by case" as they said for exploration. Either way we will start now or later. But the March court case be so exciting and AT LEAST we will drag Him into court and get some satisfaction from that for all the pain he has given us.
