One only has to go to budget.vic.."economy" to see how the Dan could
easily slip in..say a $100 mill plus compensation for Lakes without anyone really
noticing...any close scrutiny of the published Tables and Forecasts..simply
do not appear to add up and every voter should be concerned...for e.g why would Dan
be forcasting a drop in population by around 10% in Vict by 2020/21..
and an increase of net debt by around 30%...to $28 billion without any
real dramatic growth in gross state production..hmm!!

This court case imo may well bring up appropriate questions of Law
in regard to an apparent impulsive and perhaps less than competent Govt.
that may well have "shot" itself in the foot..out of pure spite for an
exploration Company trying to legally to enhance Victoria's energy position..

Let all shareholders hope that the Judge appreciates the clear and
obvious malice of the Govt.that has no apparent basis in fact..!!
